Griswold Townhomes is a 54 unit townhome complex in Claremont, California. The two by two (duplex) single story and two story units range in size from 1400 to 2300 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and sizable backyard/patio space. This quiet, friendly, gated community is close to schools, restaurants, shopping, and within walking distance of the Claremont Colleges and Village. Community amenities include a pool, two spas, mature trees, and drought tolerant landscaping.
A five-member Board of Directors made up of elected volunteer members meets monthly. They are supported by several member committees such as Architectural and Landscaping.
Griswold Townhomes Association is professionally managed by Condominium Management Services (CMS).
